Salary: Up to £63k, per annum inclusive of shift allowance, dependent on experience.

We’re looking for an Offline CNC Programmer to join a forward‑thinking manufacturing team, where you’ll focus on producing high‑quality programs away from the machine, supporting efficient, right‑first‑time production.

About the role:
You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our machined products, working on advanced CNC machining processes and supporting new product introductions.
What you’ll be doing:

CNC program creation (offline and online)

Manufacturing process planning and data control

Cutting tool selection and procurement

Setting and operating CNC machines for prove-out and production

Assisting with fixture design

Customer liaison on design for manufacture and technical issues

Identifying opportunities for process optimisation without compromising quality or tolerances
Who we're looking for:

Experience in CNC setting, programming, and operating 3–5 axis horizontal and vertical machines

Knowledge of Haas, Mazak, or Matsuura machining centres

Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (hyperMill, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Powermill, Mastercam)

Understanding of technical drawings, geometric tolerances, and CMM inspection methods

Ability to travel to site
