- Carry out paint correction and surface refinement prior to installation where required
- Install PPF on motorcycles, including fairings, tanks, and intricate components
- Maintain a clean, controlled, and organised installation environment
- Ensure all work meets Motoiva’s standards before handover
- Represent Motoiva professionally when working with clients or at external locations
- Support with vehicle inspections, client walkthroughs, and studio workflow when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in PPF installation (essential)
- Strong understanding of surface preparation and paint correction processes
- High-level attention to detail with a focus on flawless finishing and edge work
- Confident working on high-value vehicles and complex panel shapes
- Experience with or willingness to work on motorbikes (riding ability is a strong plus)
- Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent quality standards
- Full UK driving licence with less than 6 points (essential for mobile/external work)
- Physically capable, methodical, and highly organised
What We Offer
- The opportunity to work on supercars, performance vehicles, classic cars, and motorbikes
- A full-time role within a growing, premium vehicle protection business
- High-end studio environment with quality-focused workflows and equipment
- All tools, materials, and support systems provided
- A team culture built around craftsmanship, pride, and attention to detail
