Full job description

Hazlewoods is proud to be one of the largest independent chartered accountants and business advisers in the Southwest, with over 550 dedicated professionals across Gloucestershire, Bristol, and Cardiff.

Job Type: Full-time, permanent position, hybrid

Office location: Staverton or Swindon

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team of experts. If you are passionate, driven, and ready to contribute to a growing company, we want to hear from you!

Role and Responsibilities:

Complete weekly and monthly pension uploads to a variety of pension providers accurately and within deadlines.
Accurately process all payrolls within your allocated portfolio from start to finish, ensuring compliance with internal and client deadlines.
Liaise with pension providers, The Pensions Regulator, and other third-party providers when necessary.
Check for re-enrolments monthly and complete the re-declaration of compliance as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience in payroll and pension administration.
Strong understanding of pension schemes and auto-enrolment.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
