Join our team as an FLT Driver & Warehouse Operative

Riddings | Full time- Permanent work| £13.00ph | Mon- Fri 12:30-21:30

We're hiring experienced FLT Drivers for a permanent role with a steady income, fixed hours, and real opportunities to grow at Bow Distribution!

If you've got a valid counterbalance licence (reach is a bonus!) and want to join a team that respects your skills, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As an FLT Driver & Warehouse Operative, you'll be a crucial part of our operations:

Loading and unloading vehicles in a busy yard using your counterbalance skills.
Ensuring orders are read, understood, and accurately processed.
Operating handheld scanners (training provided) to track inventory.
Following set tasks and maintaining a fast pace to meet deadlines.
General Warehouse duties

What We're Looking For

A valid counterbalance licence (reach licence is an advantage), ideally refreshed within the last five years.
Literacy skills to read and process orders effectively.
Someone who can work independently, stay motivated, and adapt to a busy environment.
Comfortable working in a cold warehouse environment and yard, dressing warmly is key!
