Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our client programme sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in engaging potential clients through outbound calls for our clients. This position requires a strong ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers, ensuring that their products or/and services are presented in the best possible light.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products or/and services for our clients
- Maintain accurate records of calls made and update customer information in CRM software or other agreed format
- Engage in B2B sales conversations, identifying needs and providing accurate information for our clients
- Utilise tools to track leads and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Collaborate with the client to develop strategies for increasing outreach and improving conversion rates.
- Provide feedback on responses to help refine marketing strategies.
- Ensure all communications are conducted in a professional manner, adhering to both company and client standards.
Skills
- Experience in telemarketing or B2B sales is highly desirable BUT most importantly willingness to pick up the phone and talk in a clear manner.
- Proficient in using CRM software for managing client interactions.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. I
Pay: £13.00 per hour
