Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of catering services, providing exceptional support to our culinary team, and delivering outstanding guest experiences. This position is perfect for individuals with a passion for hospitality and food service who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Assist in the preparation of food
Serving of food to the public
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and service areas throughout.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and restocking supplies as needed.
Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.

Experience

Previous experience in a catering, hospitality, or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential.
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are key attributes for success as a Catering Assistant.
