Highly Experienced Dental Receptionist

We are looking for a highly experienced, professional, and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our well-established and patient-focused dental clinic.

This is a key front-of-house role where you will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping to create a welcoming, calm, and efficient environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience from the moment they contact or enter the practice. The role requires confidence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a busy reception area in a calm and organised manner.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming patients and managing the front desk in a professional manner

Handling appointment scheduling, confirmations, and diary management

Managing patient enquiries both in person and over the phone

Processing payments and handling basic financial administration

Supporting clinical staff with smooth patient flow

Maintaining accurate patient records

Ensuring a high standard of patient care and confidentiality at all times

About You

Previous experience working as a dental receptionist is essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident, calm, and professional under pressure

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Familiar with dental software (e.g., SOE or similar systems preferred)

A team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Committed to delivering outstanding patient care
