We are seeking a Concession Manager to lead our new retail location within a prestigious shopping destination in Edinburgh. This is a unique opportunity to join Luca Faloni during an exciting phase of growth and play a key role in establishing our presence in a new market.
The Role
As Concession Manager, you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day success of the concession. Working within a small, dedicated team, you will take ownership of delivering an exceptional client experience, achieving commercial objectives, and ensuring that brand standards are consistently upheld.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining sales excellence with operational responsibility and who thrives in an environment where initiative and accountability are valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a luxury client experience that reflects the values and standards of LUCA FALONI.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, driving individual and team performance.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through personalised service and clienteling.
- Oversee daily concession operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
- Manage stock, visual merchandising, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor performance against sales targets and identify opportunities for growth.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational matters, ensuring issues are addressed proactively and effectively.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, organisation, and brand representation at all times.
About You
- Previous experience in a Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Concession Manager, or senior retail leadership role.
- Strong background in premium, luxury, or client-focused retail environments.
- A confident and engaging communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Commercially aware, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Highly organised, dependable, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions in a fast-paced retail environment.
- A proactive problem-solver who demonstrates initiative and sound judgement.
- Passionate about luxury products, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service.
