Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Pattern Cutter & Industrial Sewing Machinist to join our apparel manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment construction, drafting, and machining, with an eye for detail and precision.

Duties

Create and modify patterns based on design specifications
Operate sewing machines and other manufacturing equipment
Maintain organised records of pattern versions and revisions for reference

Qualifications

Proven experience in drafting, machining, or garment construction within a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical knowledge related to sewing machines
Proficiency in sewing, with the ability to operate sewing machines confidently
Familiarity with garment manufacturing processes and technical specifications
Excellent attention to detail and precision in pattern development
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
