The Role
We currently have an amazing opportunity to join our Concierge Team as a Part-Time Concierge and able to cover both Day Shifts and Night Shifts as and when required over the busy periods
The succesful candidates will have sole responsibility for both the safety and security of our guests and the hotel during the night
We are looking for someone who is flexibleand able to cover both day and night shifts
The ideal person will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests, have a full clean UK driving licence and be over 25
We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
Duties to include:
- To complete statutory fire and security checks both on day shift and night shift
- To provide room service, preparing and serving food to Company standards. (night shift)
- Complete daily hand over procedures in an efficient and responsible manner.
- Ensure al corridors are clear; fire extinguishers and fire doors are secure whilst conducting safety floor checks during the night.
- Security of building guest
- Serving drinks in the bar
- Ensuring all Public areas are kept clean and tidy throughout the day/night
- Answering both internal and external calls in a professional manner
- Checking in any late arriving guests (night shift)
