Fortress Maintenance require a multi-skilled operative to work on properties affected by damp/mould at various locations across the region, this will be just for potentially a day a week.
We have ongoing work on a self-employed basis (will need your own van) to support with ensuring residences are safe to occupy and all issues have been identified.
Full training is provided.
We conduct 2 types of visits, initial callouts where we address any immediate damp and mould issues, this includes:
- Spraying/wiping affected areas
- Painting over affected areas
- Re-sealing bath/windows etc.
- Cleaning gutters (floor standing vac provided)
- Inspecting property & completing survey on provided PDA
We also carry our additional works which are raised on the back of the initial visits, these include:
- Topping up loft insulation
- Installing additional ventilation in doors/windows etc. (louvre vents and trickle vents)
- Re-pointing brickwork
- Various other associated tasks
Extremely good rates of pay available. Work is all paid on price, working from a straightforward price list breaking down exactly what you get for each job.
