Full job description

The company is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, confident and experienced estimator and order processor to work within a busy, bespoke furniture manufacturing business.

Responsibilities and Duties

Deal with customer enquiries by phone and email providing excellent standards of customer service
Process quotations and orders using Easyquote/TrueBlue
Liaise with suppliers to ensure orders are delivered and fulfilled on time with agreed customer delivery dates
Accurate data entry onto Google sheets for daily sales reports

Qualifications and Skills

Knowledge and experience of Easyquote or TrueBlue is an advantage
Order processing experience is an advantage
Good administration & computer skills
Able to use own initiative & work without supervision
Honest, reliable and able to work as part of a team
Organised, tidy and able to implement their own processes
Have the ability and willingness to acquire job-related knowledge through self-development and by learning from others Benefits
Working hours - 8.00am to 5.00pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Work Location: In person
