Full job description

Swimming Instructor
We are seeking a female qualified, reliable, and dedicated Swimming Instructor to join our team on a long-term basis.

Location: MClub, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST4 6NW
Pay: £20 per hour

The Role

You will deliver engaging and inclusive swimming lessons to a wide range of learners, from babies through to adults. Lessons include swimmers of varying abilities and may involve working with children with special educational needs.

Essential Qualification

STA Level 2 Award in Teaching Swimming

Key Skills & Attributes

Patient, calm, and supportive teaching style
Experience or confidence working with children, including those with additional needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt teaching methods for different ages and abilities
A strong sense of commitment and reliability

This role is ideal for someone seeking consistent, ongoing work. We are looking for an instructor who can make a long-term commitment, ensuring continuity and stability for our swimmers.
