Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience managing paid search, social media, display, and video advertising campaigns with a strong focus on driving measurable business outcomes, maximising return on ad spend (ROAS), and supporting overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels.
Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, creatives, and landing pages.
Track and analyse key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
Create detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing page experiences.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve campaign goals and maximize ROI.
Implement and maintain tracking systems using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools.
Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking implementation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Knowledge of SEO, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and attribution modeling.
Experience working in an agency or high-growth business environment.
