Responsibilities

- Assist in the organisation and management of kitchen stock levels and ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy periods
- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving
- Support junior staff with training and guidance as required
Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly within a professional kitchen setting
- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent organisational skills
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques and culinary styles
- Ability to serve dishes efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
