Location: Nelson, Lancashire (Scholefield Mill).
Hours: Part‑time (20–25 hours/week) with potential to grow.
Salary: £13–£15 per hour (experience dependent).
Company: Giatalia International Ltd
About Us
Giatalia International is a fast‑growing UK import and wholesale business specialising in modern dining furniture, media wall fires and a new product line of decorative wall panels launching soon. As our product range expands, we are strengthening our internal operations and looking for a highly capable Operations & Office Coordinator to become the backbone of our office.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys responsibility, and wants to be part of a company that is scaling quickly.
The Role
You will play a central role in the day‑to‑day running of the business, supporting operations, admin, customer service, product onboarding, and supplier coordination. As we grow and bring in sales and marketing staff, you will be the key person managing the admin and operational workload that comes with that expansion.
This is a part‑time role with flexible long‑term options. Some candidates may prefer to remain part‑time permanently, while others may want to increase hours as the business grows. We are open to both. If workload increases significantly, an additional part‑time role may be added in the future.
