Our depots are the backbone of our operation, ensuring seamless logistics and top-notch service for our customers. Whether you’re handling parcels, coordinating routes, or managing depot operations, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards and efficiency.

About the role:

As a PM Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring parcels are handled with precision, operational targets are met, and safety and quality standards are top-notch. You'll lead a fantastic team, inspiring them to deliver excellence every day while driving performance and fostering a positive, results-driven culture.

Location: Unit 3, Worton Drive, Worton Grange, Reading, RG2 0TG

Shift Pattern: Any 5 days from 6 (Sunday Closed)

Hours: 14:00pm - 23:00pm

Salary: £30,200 per annum

What you’ll be doing:

Lead and motivate your team to achieve operational targets.
Ensure warehouse processes for efficient parcel handling, sorting and scanning are followed.
Train and develop new team members, helping them achieve and maintain performance standards.
Support the Supervisors and Shift Managers by identifying and escalating challenges and problem solving to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Foster a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, upholding both company policies and health & safety standards.

What we need from you:

Effective communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Understanding of / familiarity working in a warehousing or logistics environment.
Team Leading or supervisory experience desirable.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable to support Warehouse Operatives with physical parcel handling activities when needed.
A commitment to upholding safety and operational excellence.
