Job Title: Controls Production Assembler
Location: VES Head Office, Chandlers Ford, Hampshire
Employment: Full Time
Hours Per Week: 37.5hrs per week (7am – 3pm) Monday to Friday with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break)
Starting Salary: £24,785 - £28,959

Role Overview:
To manufacture control panels and components for the heating & ventilation and associated industries.
Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
General
- To construct control panels, fan assemblies and associated components, accurately and within predetermined route times.
- Inspect completed panels to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
- Use appropriate tools and equipment in line with safety standards outlined by company policies, departmental procedures and guidelines.
- To maintain a clean, tidy and safe workplace, within all areas of the department.
- To record stages of production and time taken on the appropriate forms and on Microsoft AX.
- To record any changes or deviations from the work documentation identified during construction.
- Any changes to be agreed by the Controls Manager/Team Leader prior to modification.
- To undertake any reasonable task requested by the Controls Manager or Team Leader.
- To undertake any reasonable additional tasks requested by Senior staff. This may involve off site working, an amount of out of hours working or aiding elsewhere within the company.
