We are seeking a Graduate Operations & Business Transformation Analyst to help modernise our operations, improve efficiency, introduce new technologies, and support the next stage of our growth journey.

This role offers exceptional exposure to business leadership, operational management, strategic decision-making and technology adoption. The role is vital in supporting our mission to optimise operations and drive transformation initiatives. Based in Manchester, this position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates eager to develop their skills within a leading financial services provider.
Responsibilities
's responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the analysis and improvement of operational processes.
- Review, document, and improve operational processes across the business.
- Identify opportunities to digitise and automate manual activities.
- Developing or supporting implementation of new systems, software and AI-driven solutions.
- Develop management information and operational reporting.
- Analyse business data and identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
- Assist with supplier and technology partner management.
- Help ensure operational controls, compliance and governance processes remain effective.
- Work closely with director to support strategic growth objectives.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations that improve the client and employee experience.
About you
We are looking for someone who is intelligent, curious, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to help build and improve a growing business.
Qualifications include:
- Recent graduate with a degree in, Business Management, Finance, Data Science, computer science or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- High Levels of Organisational and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 skills.
- Knowledge of database design and business analysis is a plus.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Previous work experience such as part time roles.
Desirable
- A natural entrepreneurial flair would be an advantage.
- Interest in AI and emerging technologies.
- Previous internship, placement year, or project experience.
- Understanding of financial services or regulated businesses.
