As a Retail Assistant, you will be on the front lines representing client products across active venue locations in Manchester. You will engage directly with prospective shoppers, walk consumers through key features, answer inquiries, and assist customers with direct registrations.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside experienced shift supervisors and campaign leads, your daily responsibilities will include:

Assisting with promotional setup, visual presentation, and display maintenance across live campaign stands
Participating in daily shift huddles, product overviews, and operational briefings
Answering customer questions, demonstrating key product features, and providing high standards of service
Collaborating with team members to achieve daily individual acquisition targets and shared team performance benchmarks
Tracking engagement logs and reporting daily shift metrics to campaign managers
Developing leadership, communication, and event execution skills through ongoing 1-on-1 coaching
