The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, ambitious, competitive Sales Development Representative to join an exciting and growing ecommerce focused accountancy firm with fintech capabilities, who are seeking a salesperson with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, to join their thriving team based in the heart of Manchester.

Targeting a range of cross-border e-commerce business worldwide, reaching out to potential clients to deliver and spark interest in the company's one-stop-shop online selling service, including (but not limit to):

Global Indirect Tax Compliance (VAT)
Product Compliance (CE, FDA, FCC, and other authorized testing from the UK and the EU)
EPR Packaging Regulations & WEEE Compliance
Overseas Intellectual Property and Patents
Overseas Warehousing
International Logistics Services
UK Company, Accounting, and Taxation Services

Communicate with and influence multiples layers within organizations, including senior leadership. You will identify & contact key decision makers, such as Chief Financial Officer's, Finance Director's, and Chief Executive Officer's, so the confidence and ability to communicate at a senior level is crucial.

You will collaborate with the Clients Success Team and VAT compliance team, attending initial meetings and quote presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the sales and development of diverse services and providing prospects with comprehensive knowledge in terms of our one-stop-shop cross-border e-commerce solutions.
Responsible for the development of new customers, customer relationship maintenance and sales management.
Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
Responsible for the publicity, promotion, and sales of the company's services, and complete the task indicators of sales.
Connect with intended customers through outbound calls, emails, and social channels. Leverage phone, email, video, and social networking tools to uncover/ nurture inbound interest until qualified and ready to be successfully handed over to Clients Success Team.
Establish credibility by learning and understanding relevant value propositions, products & solutions and effectively communicating them to prospects.
Cross sales development and maintenance of existing customers to complete monthly sales tasks at each stage.
Develop your own sales plan and visit customers if needed and develop new customers as planned.
Meet and/or exceed sales quotations.
Contract preparation, signing, and management, as well as coordinating and dealing with various marketing problems.
Schedule meetings between existing & prospective customers and sales teams – transitioning vital details to facilitate a smooth discovery call.
Initial documents check and facilitate Clients Success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Consistently ensure policies and processes are observed, and that behavior aligns with J&P’s core values.

Highly adaptable, optimistic, and unfazed by rejection, with ability to think both strategically and tactically.
Confident and able to transfer life learnings (whether it is in work experience or projects in college) into the sales environment.

Other preferred requirements:

Have 2 years + B2B sales experience.
It would be highly advantageous if you have experience selling global VAT & Product compliance and online selling solutions.
European Languages （Germany, French, Italy, Spanish, etc.）
University bachelor's degree or above
Media, Marketing, Finance & Accounting related subjects.

Salary:

Basic salary + Commission
