Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant and Housekeeper to join our team at Sale Dental Care in the UK. This vital role supports our clinic's operations and maintains a clean, welcoming environment for patients and staff alike. Your contribution will help uphold our commitment to excellence in dental care.
Responsibilities

House keeping duties including tidying up, making tea and coffee, cleaning, (and ironing uniforms as required)
Manage appointment scheduling and patient records efficiently.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in hospitality or hotel environments.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.
Friendly demeanor with willingness to learn.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to hygiene.
Previous experience in a healthcare or dental setting is a plus but training can be provided for the right candidate.
