Full job description

Williams Bros Brewing Co. has been a cornerstone of the Scottish craft beer scene for over 30 years, known for reviving ancient recipes and creating innovative brews. We pride ourselves on our independence and commitment to quality and tradition.

We are seeking a dedicated Direct Delivery Driver to join our team in Scotland. Based in Alloa, this role is vital in ensuring our craft beers reach our customers efficiently, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional products with passion and reliability. The area covered will be mainly West Coast & Central Belt.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport products to various locations.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of craft beers to retail outlets, bars, and events.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine checks.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, including heavy lifting.
Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
Keep detailed records of deliveries.
Support warehouse operations as needed.
Being an ambassador for the brand.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred but not essential.
Valid, Clean(ish) driving license & good driving skills.
Ability to lift heavy items safely.
Hospitality & cellar experience a bonus but not essential.
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of warehouse procedures is a plus.
Reliable, polite, energetic, versatile, punctual, and customer-focused.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. With ability to adapt to daily changes & under pressure.
