The role

As an Assistant Manager, you’re a key part of the leadership team. You’ll support your Restaurant Manager to run the restaurant like you both own it — driving results, setting standards and building a team that’s proud of what they do.

This is a hands-on, high-energy role where no two days are the same. You’ll be right in the action, leading shifts, supporting your crew and making sure every guest leaves happy.

You’ll:

Lead from the front on shift, setting the pace and the standard
Support the Restaurant Manager with sales, costs and performance
Be guest-obsessed — delivering brilliant experiences, every visit
Coach, develop and motivate your team to be their best
Help create a positive, inclusive culture where people love to work
Step up and take charge when it really counts
