The Role
Working across our Dorset and Hampshire homes, you'll carry out a wide range of maintenance, repair and refurbishment tasks, including:
- Major painting and decorating duties with a high quality of finish
- General repairs, responsive maintenance and planned improvements
- Plumbing and light carpentry duties
- Flat-pack furniture building
- Grounds and building maintenance
- Property inspections and health & safety checks
- Supporting compliance with Ofsted and HSE requirements
You'll work closely with our Estates team, home managers and care teams, often adapting to changing priorities and responding to urgent maintenance needs.

We're looking for someone who:
- Takes exceptional pride in the quality and finish of their work

- Is multi-skilled and confident carrying out a range of maintenance tasks
- Enjoys painting and decorating
- Takes pride in ‘getting it right first time’
- Can take instruction whilst managing workload and prioritising effectively
- Communicates well and builds positive working relationships
- Understands the importance of safeguarding, confidentiality and professionalism
