Responsibilities

Be hands-on in R&D activities, improving material formulation to meet performance and regulatory standards.
Design and optimize production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in manufacturing.
Manufacturing of devices under ISO 13485 in pilot-scale.
Develop, refine, and validate testing protocols to ensure product safety and reliability.
Take responsibility for lab equipment maintenance and qualification.
Keep comprehensive records of experiments and results, adhering to strict documentation and regulatory standards.
Collaborate closely with the technical team and provide regular progress updates.

Qualifications and Skills
We are excited to hear from enthusiastic individuals who are eager to grow in their careers and make a difference in women’s health. To succeed in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry , Biomedical engineering or Life Sciences.
Previous experience within a Bio/Chemistry laboratory and polymer materials development.
Experience in experimental design and data analysis skills
Curiosity and passion for learning about medical device development.
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Effective time management to handle priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while being an active part of the team.
