Overview:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic person to join our successful team in the role of Sales Support Administrator
Based in our busy Sales Office , this role will involve a variety of tasks including
· Answering all incoming telephone calls, determining the purpose and quickly and efficiently directing callers to the appropriate department / person
· Distributing incoming emails and responding to general enquiries / simple sales enquiries directly
· Receiving and distributing mail and deliveries.
In addition to this the success applicant will provide administrational support to our Sales Department carrying out the following duties:
· Operation of carrier system administration (printing labels / online booking / pods etc)
· Booking out truck deliveries
· Inputting updates on internal system
· Printing and sending Order acknowledgements
· Typing quotations.
· Filing /Scanning of paperwork
· Franking and preparing mail ready for collection.
Providing general administrative and clerical support as required.
This role would suit an individual with previous experience of working within a busy office environment and who possesses excellent communication and IT skills and the ability to work closely, quickly and effectively within prescribed time frames.
Mon - Friday 8.30 - 17.00
