Job summary
At Streetspace Ltd, we're looking for practical, organised Site Managers / Working Foremen to join our growing team. We deliver specialist buildings, sports structures and covered spaces for schools, colleges and multi-academy trusts across the UK.
Our projects are generally shorter-duration and more specialist than traditional large-scale construction work, so success depends on strong organisation, quality, H&S discipline and reliable day-to-day site control.
This is a chance to take real ownership on site, work on varied specialist projects across the UK, and grow with a business that is building its next stage of capability.
This role would suit either:
- an experienced Site Manager comfortable running fast-moving projects across multiple locations, or
- a strong Working Foreman / Site Supervisor ready to step up into more formal site management responsibility
The role involves regular UK travel and staying away during busy delivery periods.
Key responsibilities
- Manage or supervise day-to-day project delivery on site
- Coordinate in-house installers, subcontractors, deliveries, plant and site logistics
- Maintain high standards of site safety, quality, housekeeping and presentation
- Ensure RAMS, inductions, permits and site records are implemented and maintained
- Monitor progress against programme and raise issues early
- Work closely with the Senior Project Manager and wider team to keep projects moving and well controlled
- Support snagging, handover and close-out to a high standard
- Represent Streetspace professionally on site with clients, schools and subcontractors
Essential qualifications
- CSCS card
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid at Work
- Full UK driving licence

- CPCS or NPORS Telehandler
- IPAF
- PASMA
- Temporary Works awareness
- Asbestos Awareness
We are looking for someone who has:
- experience in a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, General Foreman or Working Foreman role
- a background in steelwork, fit-out, external works or similar practical construction environments
- strong site organisation and a practical approach to getting work done to standard
- strong awareness of H&S, quality control and site reporting
- confidence managing RAMS, inductions, daily site records and subcontractor coordination
Package
- £42,000–£48,000 depending on experience and level

Location
This is a field-based role with UK travel. Ideal home base is in the Luton / Milton Keynes / Northampton corridor, though other practical locations will be considered. Attendance at Head Office in Hythe will be required from time to time.
Pay: £42,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
