Full job description

We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Service Engineer with experience in servicing and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems. You will need excellent diagnostic skills and the ability to attend site alone and complete first-time repairs where possible.

We provide tailored service and maintenance packages to our customer base. You will be required to carry out both reactive and preventive maintenance work on commercial refrigeration systems. We provide a 24-hour breakdown service for contract only clients, you will share the responsibility for emergency call outs with our team of engineers. Our stand-by rota is currently 1 week in every 6.

You must be competent and confident in your ability to complete work to a high standard and build a good rapport with the customers. You will also be computer IT and App literate as all jobs are logged and sent to our engineers via Simpro.

Our ideal candidate would meet the following minimum requirements:

F-Gas Cat 1
CSCS / CITB Skills card
IPAF & PASMA
City & Guilds / NVQ 2 +
Experience in Large Commercial Refrigeration
Ideally based around Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Middlesex area
Full UK driving license
Good Communication Skills and work ethic
Enjoy working within a team as well as alone

A2L
Controls Dixell XWeb monitoring systems

This is a 45-hour contract paid door to door with overtime paid @ rate of 1.5 Monday-Saturday and Double Time on Sundays. You will be provided with a company van, work phone, tablet, specialist tools and full uniform/PPE to ensure you have everything you need to complete your role to the best possible standard.
