Overview

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Sous Chef, where your passion for food and leadership will elevate our kitchen operations to new heights. Responsibilities

Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of food quality.
Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, including cooks and food prep teams, to maintain efficiency and morale.
Lead food production efforts by preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and ensuring timely service that meets quality standards.
Enforce food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen environment.
Support the training and development of team members in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and hospitality best practices.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless serving of dishes and uphold excellent customer service standards.
Manage inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste to optimize kitchen operations.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a professional kitchen or culinary environment.
Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Extensive kitchen experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices for maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
