We support clients with business administration, operational improvement, service coordination, and enterprise support solutions.
We are looking for a Director of Business Services who can lead our internal service delivery function and strengthen how we support clients, teams, and business partners. This is a high level leadership role for someone who can manage people, improve processes, and make sure business services are delivered professionally, efficiently, and consistently.
You will oversee key operational departments, guide service standards, support senior decision making, and help build a reliable structure for long term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Services Leadership:
Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of business support services across the organisation.
Operational Management:
Review workflows, improve internal processes, and ensure teams are working efficiently toward clear service standards.
Team Leadership:
Lead and support department managers and staff, setting expectations, reviewing performance, and encouraging professional development.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Ensure communication remains clear, professional, and solution focused.
Service Quality:
Monitor service delivery, resolve operational issues, and introduce improvements that support quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Strategic Planning:
Work with senior leadership to support business planning, resource allocation, reporting, and long term growth objectives.
Budget and Performance Oversight:
Support budget planning, cost control, performance reporting, and operational decision making.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
6 plus years of experience in business services, operations management, administration leadership, client services, or a related senior management role.
Leadership Background:
Previous experience managing teams, department leaders, or multi function business operations is required.
Business Mindset:
You understand how to balance service quality, operational efficiency, staff performance, and commercial goals.
Pay: £68,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
