Full job description

Location: Action Mental Health, Antrim

Hours: Part-time 28 hours p/w

(working pattern: Monday to Thursday 08:45 to16:30 with 45 mins for lunch)

Contract: Permanent

Closing date: 19th July 2026

We're looking for a dedicated Client Development Coordinator to join our team and coordinate high-quality recovery-focused services for people experiencing mental health challenges.

In this role, you'll coordinate referrals, provide initial keyworking support, manage risk, and ensure people receive the right support as they engage with the service. You'll also develop and deliver innovative programmes and training that promote independence, social inclusion, positive mental health, and meaningful recovery outcomes.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills who is passionate about empowering others. Experience of supporting people with mental health needs and delivering group or one-to-one training is essential, along with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, partner organisations, and local agencies.
