We are currently recruiting for a Lounge Catering Manager to join our team at Belfast International Airport, Antrim. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.

Working Pattern:

40 hours per week
Various shifts
5 days out of 7
Shifts between 05:00-20:00

The Role:

To ensure all food is prepared and presented to an exceptional standard, ensuring all HACCP regulations are adhered to.
Ensure the service counter is prepped and ready for service
Ensure the team are providing the highest level of customer service in a consistent approach to anyone who uses the facility
Work as part of the team to ensure the service is delivered on time and to the highest possible standard
Completing any administration as requested which may include recording of food temperatures, updating cleaning schedules, cashing up tills and recording daily sales figures on the system.
Complete bookwork procedures in line with company requirements
Report defective equipment/ utensils/ work and floor surfaces etc. to the relevant Head Office department
Ensure the opening and closing of all food outlets are carried out in accordance with Company procedures.
Manage the team effectively to ensure all service areas are fully stocked and well presented, and that the environment is will maintained and attractively displayed with printed daily priced menus and daily specials.

Attention to detail in all aspects of the work.
Experience in a Similar Role
Leads by example and lives our values.
Enthusiastic and passionate about our customer service and reputation.
Self-motivated, working independently.
Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude.
Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis. Proficient skills in computer literacy.
