The Role
If you love a busy environment where the day flies by, this is the role for you. We need an immediate starter to manage high-volume customer calls and fast-moving compliance paperwork. You will act as the central hub connecting our urgent client needs with our field engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Fast-Paced Call Handling: Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound client queries and urgent system fault reports.
- Outbound Coordination: Proactively contact existing clients to book mandatory fire alarm, extinguisher, and risk assessment services.
- Rapid Engineer Dispatch: Adapt to changing priorities, quickly coordinating schedules and routing field technicians to urgent jobs.
- High-Volume Admin: Swiftly issue fire safety certificates, log data into our system, and process compliance paperwork accurately.
