Stage 1: Sift
At sift, you will be assessed against the following Success Profile elements:
Experience you will be asked to provide a CV (unlimited wordcount) and personal statement (750-word count). Please provide evidence of your Experience of the following:

A proven track record of establishing a professional working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrable experience of the design and development of training material for either face to face or e-learning interventions

Relevant experience and qualifications in Search and Rescue or Technical Rescue

The sift will take place week commencing 29/06/2026.
Stage 2: Interview and Presentation
At interview stage, you will be assessed against the following Success Profile elements:

Behaviours Communicating and Influencing, Changing and Improving, Developing Self and Others, Delivering at Pace and Leadership
You will also be required to create and deliver a presentation to assess the Behaviour Changing and Improving. Guidance will be provided if you are invited to interview.
The interviews will take place week commencing 20/07/2026.
This interview will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams. Further details will be provided to you should you be selected for interview.
