Inspired2Care is continuing to grow and develop a specialist, person-centred residential service, and we are looking for experienced and compassionate Senior Positive Behaviour Support Workers to join our expanding team.
This is a key leadership position where you will support the day-to-day operation of the service while providing guidance, supervision, and support to Positive Behaviour Support Workers. You will lead by example, promote best practice, and help ensure consistently high standards of care across the home.
The role involves supporting staff development, assisting with the implementation of care plans and risk management strategies, and helping to create a safe, structured, and supportive environment for residents. Working closely with the Behaviour Specialist, Registered Manager, wider care team, and multidisciplinary professionals, you will contribute to delivering high-quality, person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
You will receive a comprehensive induction, ongoing specialist training, and continued support from an experienced management and clinical team.

Within the residential setting, you will:
- Deliver structured, person-centred support tailored to individual needs
- Lead and coordinate responses during incidents or emergencies
- Support the effective day-to-day running of the home
- Promote positive outcomes, independence, and wellbeing for residents
- Work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary professionals

Qualifications & ExperienceOption 1:
- Degree in Health & Social Care or a related discipline (e.g. Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Occupational Therapy)
- Minimum of 1 year’s paid experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs, and behaviours that challenge
- CPI Safety Intervention / MAPA training desirable (full training provided)
OROption 2:
- Minimum of 3 years’ paid experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs, and behaviours that challenge
- Experience overseeing or coordinating care delivery within a residential or nursing environment
- CPI Safety Intervention / MAPA training desirable (full training provided)
