We’re looking for enthusiastic and caring Early Years Practitioners to join our dedicated team—people who bring energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for supporting young children to thrive.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in shaping children’s early experiences. You’ll create engaging learning opportunities, support development, and help maintain a safe, stimulating environment in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

What You’ll Be Doing

Planning and delivering fun, engaging activities tailored to children aged 0–5
Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Building strong, professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Observing, assessing, and supporting children’s development in line with EYFS requirements
Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging cooperation and respect
Acting as a positive role model and supporting team members where needed
Ensuring health, safety, and wellbeing standards are consistently met
Contributing to continuous improvement and your own professional development

What We’re Looking For

A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
Experience working with children in an early years or childcare setting
A sound understanding of child development and early learning
Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Good organisational skills and a positive, proactive attitude
A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
