Job description

We are looking for a Hospitality Assistant to join our team.

This is a multi site role at Skern Lodge Appledore and also at The ultimate adventure centre in Abbotsham.

We are looking to build on our highly regarded team delivering professional and friendly service to our broad customer base across all our hospitality departments, catering, domestic and retail.

Our clients range from school groups, development and management training programmes and the general public

Availability to work a variety of shifts covering 2-5 days to include some weekends. Approx 16-30 hrs per week

7am-11am

11am - 3pm

4.30 -7.30pm or 5- 7 pm

2 to 5 days per week, approx 16-35 hrs per week

Your roles could consist of:
*Assisting with breakfast and dinner service, duties to include clearing, wiping tables and sweeping floor.

*Working in our onsite retail shop serving customers snacks, drinks and souvenirs.
*Face-to-face customer service

Requirements

Remain calm under pressure.
Friendly, positive and approachable manner.
Great customer service.
Time management skills.
Ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative and deliver quality work
Enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge
Excellent communication with your team and other departments
Variety of working hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends depending on business needs.
To understand and comply with the Company’s safeguarding policy

Applicants must have:

A positive attitude and ready to be part of a great team
An enhanced DBS check (We will help with this)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time available

Hours 16-30 hours per week.

Salary: (NMW age dependant)
