We are seeking an experienced Fencing Team Leader to join our growing commercial landscaping team, delivering high-quality fencing and timber installations across large-scale projects in the North West.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled fencing supervisor / team leader ready to take ownership of projects, lead a team, and work with an award-winning landscaping company known for delivering premium results.

Fencing Team Leader Responsibilities

As a Fencing Team Leader, you will lead a team delivering high-quality commercial projects across sites in the North West.

Key duties include:

Lead and supervise a team on commercial fencing and landscaping projects
Install timber fencing, gates, and associated structures
Plan, organise, and allocate daily work on-site
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
Motivate, manage, and support your team to deliver high standards
Liaise with site managers, contractors, and clients
Maintain quality control across all installations

Fencing Team Leader Requirements

Essential

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Fencing Team Leader / Supervisor
Valid CSCS Car
Full UK Driving Licence
IOSH Health & Safety Certificate or SSSTS

Desirable

Experience in commercial landscaping projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
