THE COMPANY:

Crystal Heaven London is a growing independent British jewellery brand established in 2013, specialising in demi-fine earrings and luxury piercing adornments. We're passionate about originality and all our pieces are designed in-house and handcrafted with exceptional quality by carefully selected expert artisans. The brand has lots of exciting future plans so this is an opportunity to be part of the journey! We’re a really friendly team working from a small office in the heart of Pangbourne, near Reading. You will be working closely with the Creative Director and company owner, Natasha.

THE ROLE:

We're looking for a creative, social-media obsessed individual to join our team and own our digital marketing channels, helping to grow engagement across all platforms. You'll be passionate about build brand visibility and community through high-quality, consistent and commercially aligned social content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Creation

Plan and create engaging daily content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Posts)
Film and edit short-form video content in-house
Create on-brand graphics and captions
Manage content calendar across platforms
Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets

Platform Management

Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest social accounts
Monitor DMs, comments and community engagement
Respond to customer enquiries via social
Maintain brand tone of voice

Digital, CRM & Performance

Manage performance across email, paid media, web, and organic channels
Build and optimise CRM journeys and segmentation
Report on key KPIs including conversion rates, and revenue impact

Campaign Support

Execute product launches via social channels
Support seasonal campaigns with content rollouts
Coordinate influencer gifting and collaborations
Track trending sounds, formats and viral moments

Performance Reporting

Monitor reach, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth
Provide weekly/monthly insights
Recommend content improvements based on data

KPIs

Engagement rate
Follower growth
Reel/video views
Website clicks from social
Social-driven revenue (where trackable)

Ideal Profile

3-5 years of social media experience
Deep understanding of the platform formats, algorithm shifts, and what makes content perform
Experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred
A sharp creative eye, with the ability to spot trends early and turn them into relevant content.
Confident copywriter aligning with our tone of voice and audience
Highly organised, comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong photo and video editing skills (e.g adobe premiere pro)
Confident filming and presenting when needed
