Responsible for assembling, calibrating, and testing electro-mechanical weighing systems, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery, we are looking for a skilled Production Engineer to join our team based in Edenbridge, Kent.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Interpreting engineering drawings and instructions to assemble electro-mechanical systems to high standards.
- Collaborating with Design, Projects & Procurement Teams to meet customer delivery deadlines.
- Calibrating and testing systems and sub-assemblies.
- Installing and configuring MARCO system software.
- Supporting product and materials movement, assiting with goods inwards as neccassary.
- Packing finished goods in preparation for shipping.
- Maintaining 6S standards and housekeeping.
- Adhering to high standards of health & safety and driving continuous improvement within the team.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience assembling electro-mechanical systems
- Comfortable reading engineering drawings
- Skilled using hand tools and soldering
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- IT literate
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Engineering qualification (HND or equivalent)
- Software or network troubleshooting
- Forklift licence
- Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement experience
