Summary

We are seeking a Fork Lift Yardsman to join our team at Express and Global Ltd in the UK. This role is vital for ensuring smooth warehouse operations and supporting our logistics objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and managing materials handling tasks.

Working 5 days per week Monday - Friday 09.30 - 17.30.

4 Weeks paid holiday per year, plus all Bank Holidays.

Uniform/ PPE provided.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load and unload HGV vehicles.
Assist with materials handling and storage tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Seeing vehicles smnafely in and out of site.
Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to, reporting any failures to Supervisor.
Support despatch and receiving activities.
Maintain a organized work environment, keeping yard area swept and tidy.
Washing vehicles,
Sweeping Night Trunks.
Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
A can do attititude, taking on any reasonable related tasks given by Supervisor.
Qualifications
Valid forklift certification.
Banksman training.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliability and a proactive attitude.

Pay: £26,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
