Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and dedicated Beauty Therapist to join our team, either Level 2 or 3 qualified. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality beauty treatments, specifically massage and facials, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills can help clients look and feel their best. The position is paid and suitable for individuals passionate about beauty and personal care, with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour. Elemis training available, if you already have this experience that would be ideal.

Responsibilities

Perform a high standard of treatments, with massage and facials, to support the business with Spa day packages.
Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards
Ensure client comfort throughout treatments and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques to enhance service quality
Promote additional services and products to clients to support business growth
Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences

Experience

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty industry
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
Ability to work flexibly, demonstrating organisation and professionalism in a fast-paced environment

This position offers an engaging environment for passionate beauty professionals eager to develop their skills further while delivering outstanding service. We welcome applicants who are organised, personable, and committed to excellence in personal care. Days worked ideally, will include shared weekends per month and also evenings per week. We have space for additional team members across the week and will be discussed during your interview.

Pay: £12.71-£13.71 per hour
