Brocklehurst Architects Ltd

Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire
16–20 hours per week | Office-based

We are a long-established architectural practice looking for an experienced Practice & Finance Manager to join our small team.

This is a key role within the practice, responsible for the day-to-day management of our finances and office administration, while supporting the Directors in the efficient running of the business.

You will be responsible for:

Managing the practice's financial administration using Xero.
Preparing financial information and reports for the Directors.
Liaising with our accountants and assisting with financial processes.
Maintaining our Synergy practice management system (or a similar CRM).
Monitoring projects, fees and invoicing.
Managing office administration and helping ensure the practice runs efficiently.
Providing a professional and friendly first point of contact for clients and consultants.

You should have:

Experience in practice, office or finance management, ideally within an architectural or professional services practice.
Good working knowledge of Synergy or a similar practice management system.
Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and customer care skills.
Confidence in working directly with the Directors and external accountants.
