Job Title: Videographer / Photographer
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and organised Videographer / Photographer to manage the end-to-end production of visual content that supports both internal communications and external marketing campaigns. This role will be responsible for planning, capturing, and editing high-quality video and photographic content across a variety of settings, ensuring alignment with brand standards and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and develop video concepts and briefs from initial idea through to final delivery
• Coordinate filming schedules, including locations, permissions, and site access
• Capture high-quality video and still imagery across live projects, offices, events, and employee features/interviews
• Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and company messaging
• Deliver post-production editing including colour grading, graphics, captions, and music
• Adapt and optimise content for a range of platforms (e.g. social media, website, internal channels)
• Maintain and organise a digital asset library
• Work collaboratively with marketing and wider stakeholders to support campaigns and storytelling initiatives
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of video and photography output in line with marketing strategy
Essential Criteria
• Experience in videography and photography, ideally within a corporate or marketing environment
• Strong technical skills in video production and editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Adobe • Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Audition)
• A portfolio demonstrating a range of video and photographic work
• Experience managing projects from concept through to delivery
• Understanding of composition, lighting, sound, and storytelling techniques
• Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Appreciation of brand consistency and visual identity
Desirable Criteria
v Experience within construction, engineering, or project-based environments
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation
• Experience with drone videography (and relevant licence if applicable)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content optimisation
• Experience managing digital asset libraries
• Interest in storytelling and creating engaging visual content
