Job description

Here at Play Factore we are looking for someone new to join our busy reception team!

This is a part time position, and would include working weekends as well as some weekdays (both Saturday and Sunday shifts).

Additional availability to work during school holidays is essential due to the nature of our business.

Typical reception day-to-day responsibilities include cleaning/maintaining the general reception area, booking customers in and out, answering customer queries via telephone and email, possible complaints handling, and general admin support.

Someone with a genuine desire to go above and beyond for our guests.
Somebody who is reliable and trustworthy.
Someone who can use their initiative and work independently to deadlines.
Experience in a fast-paced, customer focused, busy environment.
Good communication skills.

Play Factore is the UK's leading family entertainment centre, located at BEYOND Manchester, just near the Intu Trafford Centre. We house a state of the art indoor play arena designed for families to spend time together, as well as an interactive toddler area we really are the full package!
