Responsibilities
- Greet customers courteously and provide expert advice on products and services
- Assist clients in identifying their needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Negotiate terms of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage B2B sales relationships, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and retention
- Drive sales through active engagement, follow-up, and relationship-building strategies
- Maintain organised records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve overall performance
- Utilise IT systems effectively to process orders, update customer information, and generate reports
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in customer service and marketing
- Ability to drive a vehicle safely; driving licence is preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in IT applications such as MS Office suite and CRM systems
- Organised with exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a professional manner
