Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable part-time Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry while providing memorable experiences for our patrons.

Duties

Serve drinks and refreshments to customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area throughout shifts
Check identification to verify legal drinking age in accordance with food safety regulations
Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Assist with setting up and closing down the bar at the beginning and end of shifts
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and courteously

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is advantageous
Strong organisational skills with good time management abilities to handle busy periods effectively
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
Ability to serve customers professionally while maintaining a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
A responsible attitude towards health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols
