Join our team as an Experienced Fryer! In this vital role, you will be responsible for expertly frying a variety of delicious menu items, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality, safety, and presentation. We’re looking for energetic individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to food safety and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook fried foods with precision, maintaining consistent quality and presentation
Follow portion sizes, and cooking times to ensure food safety and optimal flavor
Operate and clean fryers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all health regulations
Assist with food preparation tasks such as cutting, breading, seasoning, and assembling ingredients for frying
Maintain cleanliness of the fry station, including sanitizing equipment and work surfaces regularly
Support meal preparation efforts during busy periods to ensure timely service
Follow all food safety protocols and proper storage procedures to prevent contamination

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to operate commercial fryers and related kitchen equipment safely
Excellent attention to detail in measuring ingredients and monitoring cooking times
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and support serving efforts
Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and maintaining high-quality food standards

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
