The Role
Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you'll take the lead on shift, ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centred care. You'll motivate your team, oversee daily operations, and maintain the highest standards of care and compliance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting the care team during your shift.
- Allocating staff and coordinating daily care delivery.
- Administering and managing medication safely.
- Completing care assessments and updating care plans.
- Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing for every resident.
- Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
- Creating a positive, supportive environment for both residents and colleagues.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a senior care or team leader role.
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional person-centred care.
- Has strong leadership and communication skills.
- Can confidently lead shifts and support colleagues.
- Is committed to maintaining high standards of care and safety.
- Holds the legal right to work in the UK.
